Where do I place the Urinator on my body?

The Urinator does not come with anything to attach itself to your body. Men usually wear boxer briefs and place it down their pants, while women can put it into their bra. Try different ways of placing in on your body with different types of clothing till you feel comfortable.

Do you have to use Duracell batteries with the Urinator?

We recommend you do. We have had people who have used cheap generic batteries and they have reported back that the urinator only kept the synthetic urine at correct temperature for two hours or less. The power demands of The Urinator are tremendously high and Duracell Procell 9-volt batteries are the only one that we have found can hold up to the test.

How long does it take to get The Urinator to correct temperature?

It can take upwards of 15 to 20 minutes to reach 98 degrees if you add a synthetic urine that is at room temperature. The Urinator was designed to maintain temperatures, so it's recommended you a warm your synthetic urine first before adding it to the Urinator. This will keep the Urinator from draining its batteries to bring the synthetic urine to correct temperature.

How do I clean the Urinator?

Just rinse it out with water and seal the tub. DO NOT use any soaps or cleaning chemicals, you could leave small traces of these products in the reservoir bag that could contaminate future synthetic urines you use.
